By accessing or using DisasterNet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DisasterNet is a platform designed to coordinate emergency response, connect volunteers, and support community resilience. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.
By registering as a volunteer, logging in as an administrator, or accessing any part of the DisasterNet platform, you confirm that:

DisasterNet is provided as a coordination tool to assist emergency response efforts. It does not guarantee the accuracy of field reports, the availability of volunteers, or the outcome of any emergency response operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisasterNet and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including damages arising from emergency response activities coordinated through the platform.
Emergency response carries inherent risk. All participants — volunteers and administrators — acknowledge this and accept full responsibility for their own safety and decisions during field operations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of DisasterNet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
